Covid-19 Information

Christine's Chop shop takes great pride in our customer service and fast shipping. Please be aware we ship every Monday and Friday. However, we have just learned that the Post Office is falling behind 2-3 weeks in some areas due to covid-19. If you received an email with tracking info, Please contact your local Post Office for further information. Thank you https://www.usps.com/help/contact-us.htm

Where's my package?

 We ship every Monday and Friday unless there is a postal holiday, then we will ship the next business day. Orders placed on shipping day may be delayed until the next shipping day depending on the time of day it was placed.

How can I track my package?

 

All customers should receive an email with tracking information as long as a valid email address was provided.

I did not get an email with tracking information?

 

Please check your spam folder and your order confirmation to make sure we have a valid email address.

I still did not get an email with tracking?

Your order may be delayed because one of the items you ordered was not ready to ship. Some of our products take several days to prepare. We cannot rush this process due to safety concerns for your bird. We normally try to notify our customers by email to let them know there is a delay. Your items will never be delayed past the next shipping cycle without us notifying you.

Why aren't the ingredients listed on most of the products?


We use locally sourced, seasonal produce in most of our products. Because the availability of these ingredients change so frequently it's difficult to label each product.

Do you use organic?


We do use organic products when available but we are not 100% organic and cannot advertise that we use 100% organic because we are not certified.

Our customers are always welcome to call, 602-313-9595 or email us at Christineschopshop@gmail.com. All of our products are produced in small batches by hand. We are not always available to answer the phone. Emails are normally answered within 24 hours.
