30-Day Refund & Replacement Policy

At Christine’s Chop Shop, we’re committed to providing fresh, high-quality exotic bird food your flock will love. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day refund or replacement policy to ensure your peace of mind.

We accept refund or replacement requests within 30 days of the delivery date under the following circumstances:

Eligible for Refund or Replacement:

  • Product arrived damaged, spoiled, or contaminated
     
  • You received the wrong item
     
  • Verified quality concerns reported within 30 days
     

Requirements

To process your request, we require:

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
     
  • Photos of the product if damaged, incorrect, or quality-related
     
  • Product must be unused and at least 75% full, unless reporting a freshness or quality issue
     

Non-Refundable Items

  • Orders older than 30 days from delivery
     
  • Items marked as Final Sale
     
  • Products showing signs of improper storage (exposure to heat, moisture, etc.)
     
  • Custom or specialty blends made specifically for a customer
     

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  1. Email us at Christineschopshop@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
     
  2. Include your order number and photos (if applicable).
     
  3. Our team will respond within 1–3 business days.
     

If approved:

  • Replacements will be shipped at no additional cost.
     
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
     

Shipping Costs

  • If the issue was due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we cover shipping costs.
     
  • For other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
