- Verified quality concerns reported within 30 days
Requirements
To process your request, we require:
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
- Photos of the product if damaged, incorrect, or quality-related
- Product must be unused and at least 75% full, unless reporting a freshness or quality issue
Non-Refundable Items
- Orders older than 30 days from delivery
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Products showing signs of improper storage (exposure to heat, moisture, etc.)
- Custom or specialty blends made specifically for a customer
